IT'S ALL OVER.

Chelsea leave the Riverside Stadium armed with three deserved points and sitting rather comfortably at the top of the Premier League table. It was far from easy for the visitors, as Boro defended well throughout and their work rate was faultless. A defensive error in the first half saw Costa pounce onto possesion and give his side the lead from close range.

There are certainly positives for Karanka's men to take from their performance, but they were missing an injection of attacking energy that they needed to really test the Chelsea defence.

Conte's men continue their 6 game win streak without conceeding a single goal. Momentum builds and thier efforts are rewarded as they top the table. Chelsea march on.

It's been a great weekend of Premier League football and I hope you've enjoyed the live updates. It's been a pleasure as always.
