Vincent Kompany is fortunate to only see yellow as he lunges high on Aaron Lennon after letting the ball run.

A long time to survive with a booking, but Manchester City are already on top and beginning to press against Burnley.

4 minutes, Newcastle 0-0 Brighton

Ayoze Perez should score but Mathew Ryan's outstretched leg deflects it just over the bar at St James' Park.

Glenn Murray and Federico Fernandez are in serious bother after a clash of heads. The paramedics are coming on to tend to both players.

GOAL! Cardiff 0-1 Fulham (Andre Schurrle, 11 minutes)

What a goal!

From about 30 yards out Schurrle unfurls the most fantastic of efforts and the ball flies into the top corner.

1-0 to the visitors in Wales.

GOAL! Cardiff 1-1 Fulham (Josh Murphy, 14 minutes)

They don't lead for long though!

Josh Murphy has had a couple of early shots and he finds the bottom corner with his latest strike. It is slightly deflected and comes after the wide man carries the ball a long way, tearing through a rather disorganised Fulham defence.

Harry Latham-Coyle20 October 2018 15:16

GOAL! Manchester City 1-0 Burnley (Sergio Aguero, 16 minutes)

Lovely passing football and Aguero has the simplest of finishes to put Manchester City into an early lead

18 minutes, Newcastle 0-0 Brighton

Glenn Murray has been taken straight to hospital. He landed after the clash of heads and didn't move. We wish him all the best and hope whatever damage there may be is not too serious.

Jurgen Locadia replaces him.

Harry Latham-Coyle20 October 2018 15:21

GOAL! Cardiff City 2-1 Fulham (Bobby Reid, 19 minutes)

A free kick routine goes awry from the home side but the ball breaks to Reid nonetheless and Cardiff have turned this game on its head.

Harry Latham-Coyle20 October 2018 15:21

GOAL! Wolves 0-1 Watford (Etienne Capoue, 20 minutes)

Harry Latham-Coyle20 October 2018 15:22

GOAL! Wolves 0-2 Watford (Roberto Pereyra, 21 minutes)

Two in two minutes for Watford at Molineux.

Etienne Capoue's low shot from distance gives them the lead, before Wolves give the ball away from the kick-off and Roberto Pereyra uses the outside of his foot to double it.
