The 2014/15 Premier League season came to a close last weekend as Chelsea got their hands on the trophy, departing players said their goodbyes to clubs and Hull joined Queens Park Rangers and Burnley in saying farewell to the top flight.

While some clubs disappointed and paid the ultimate price with relegation to the Championship, others excelled and will reap the rewards next season as a result.

Our team of football experts - consisting of Glenn Moore, Tim Rich, Martin Hardy, Simon Hart, Jon Culley, Steve Tongue and Matt Tench - assess the season and what club's need to do over the summer to impress next term.
