Ryan Giggs took charge of Manchester United on Saturday in the first match since David Moyes was relieved of his duties at Old Trafford.

The Welshman was made interim manager for the clash with relegation threatened Norwich after the news came of Moyes' sacking earlier this week.

Louis van Gaal is expected to become the permanent boss of United in the coming weeks but for now Giggs will be picking the team.

The 40-year-old dropped big money signing Juan Mata to the bench and left both Adnan Januzaj and Marouane Fellaini out of the match day squad all together.
