After last week telling both Harry Redknapp and Adel Taarabt to end their weight row, Tony Fernandes has thrown some humour on the situation.
The Queens Park Rangers owner, who apologised to fans who had been “embarrassed” by the row between the two parties, took to photo-sharing site Instagram to show off his less than ripped torso.
He posted: “Getting ready for Villa.”
Bottom of the table QPR will be hoping to build on an impressive performance against Liverpool last week, where they twice fought back in the closing stages only for Steven Caulker to score an injury-time own goal.
A win against Paul Lambert's Aston Villa would not move them out of the relegation zone, but it would lift them off the bottom of the Premier League table.
