Norwich have Stephen Fry, Aston Villa or West Ham have David Cameron and Fulham once had Michael Jackson.

However right now Tottenham can boast arguably the most famous of fans, or at least the most in vogue.

Singer Adele, who comes from Tottenham, is a big supporter of the White Hart Lane club and last night she enjoyed a fruitful evening at the Brit Awards. The Hello singer took away four gongs at the star-studded event at the O2, winning British female solo artist, the Brits global success award, British single and British album for 25.

Despite having much to shout about themselves this season with a first title win since 1961 within their grasp, it seems Tottenham couldn't resist trying to share a little bit of Adele's limelight.

The club's official Twitter account tweeted their congratulations this morning...

And top scorer Harry Kane got involved in last night...

Adele and Tottenham will be hoping there is more to cheer tonight when Spurs take on Fiorentina in the second-leg of their Europa Leage tie. The game is balanced at 1-1 after the first-leg in Italy.
