Tottenham vs Manchester United team news: Wayne Rooney continues in midfield role
Tottenham make four changes

Manchester United name an unchanged side to the one that beat Newcastle on Boxing Day for the trip to White Hart Lane.
Louis van Gaal is seeking to keep his side on the roll that has seen them win seven of their last eight matches and has put his faith in the side that won 3-1 at Old Trafford just 48 hours ago. The decision to retain the attacking line-up that includes Juan Mata, Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie and Radamel Falcao could be seen as a risk considering the lack of time to recuperate between the games.
The line-up will see Rooney continue in the midfield role in which he excelled against Newcastle andf bagged two goals.
Mauricio Pochettino appears to be thinking along those lines as the Spurs manager has made four changes from the side that won 2-1 at Leicester the day after Christmas.
Vlad Chiriches, Ben Davies, Ryan Mason and Andros Townsend come into the Tottenham side with Kyle Walker, Danny Rose, Nabil Bentaleb and Erik Lamela dropping out.
That match kicks off at midday.
