29 mins: GOAL! MANCHESTER UNITED 1 ARSENAL 0:What a week for Marcus Rashford! What a story that's unfolding for the youngster! And what a story that's unfolding for Leicester City! Manchester United are rewarded with a goal for their most assertive pice of play this afternoon. Juan Mata opened up the game by sending a crisp pass out to the right for the attacking Guillermo Varela, his cross into the middle of the Arsenal area was cut out by a lunging Laurent Koscielny, but only as far as United's teenager. Opening up his body, Rashford took on the chance first time, firing into the top right corner of Petr Cech's goal. Now we'll see what this Arsenal side are truly made of.

32 mins: GOAL! MANCHESTER UNITED 2 ARSENAL 0:

Unbelievable! Marcus Rashford has his second, his fourth in four days, and Arsenal are crumbling at Old Trafford! The same combination of players had United on the move again. Juan Mata in the middle, Guillermo Varela on the right, the defender unwittingly holding the ball up for Jesse Lingard when the ball clipped his heels. Lingard took over and lifted a cross over Gabriel's head, and there was Rashford eight yards out to glance a header beyond, an admittedly slow to react, Petr Cech.

40 mins: GOAL! MANCHESTER UNITED 2 ARSENAL 1:

The Gunners have a goal back, and it's Danny Welbeck on his return to Old Trafford. Aaron Ramsey was pulled down in the middle of the pitch as he attempted to spark a route back into the game for the visitors, and that set up the chance for Mesut Ozil to test the home defence. The German's inswinging free-kick was pinpoint for Welbeck, who met it with a downward header from 15 yards that beat the late dive of David de Gea. A crucial goal, scored at a crucial time.

43 mins: Manchester United 2 Arsenal 1: Raucous moments ago, Old Trafford has fallen eerily quiet, and Arsenal sense that they could yet go in at the break on level terms. Committing men further forward, however, they are nearly caught on the break as Rashford attempts to test Koscielny for pace. The Frenchman may not have the acceleration of the teenager, but he has masses of experience and nous, and cuts across to easily dispossess the forward.

45+1 mins: Manchester United 2 Arsenal 1: In the first of two minutes of added time, Alexis Sanchez has a shot blocked behind for an Arsenal corner. From it, the visitors look to work the ball into the box from the right, but back to defend was Marcus Rashford. It caps a fine first half for the United youngster.

SECOND HALF KICK-OFF: Here we go! A huge 45 minutes in the seasons, in the history, of Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur. Both trailing by a goal at the break, surely neither can afford defeat this afternoon if they have true aspirations of lifting the Premier League trophy in May. Both they and their opponents have kept faith in the same players that started the first half. Let the games begin (again).

48 mins: Manchester United 2 Arsenal 1: An early concern for both Manchester United supporters, and those who now believe England have the firepower to win Euro 2016, and every international tournament for the next 14 years. Marcus Rashford pulls up holding his groin after going in for a challenge, but after some brief treatment, he's given the OK to continue.
