Leicester City look set to bring Chelsea striker Loic Remy to the club after the London club accepted an £11.5 million bid for the striker according to BeInSports. The French forward looks set to leave Stamford Bridge to join a Foxes side that would break their club record for the player.

The arrival of Brazillian forward Alexandre Pato has meant that Remy is no longer required at the club and Guus Hiddink looks happy to let the ex-Newcastle goal scorer go.

Another striker that may be set to leave the club could be Diego Costa. According to The Sun, the Blues are preparing a swap deal for Jackson Martinez that would see the Spaniard going the other way. 27-year-old Costa only joined Chelsea in 2014 but has gone through somewhat of a barren spell this season.

Despite The Sun’s reports, The Telegraph believe that Chelsea are unlikely to sanction any wap deal which would see Costa going back to his former club. Instead they believe that in a search for a new manager Antonio Conte may be set to join the club this summer.

Conte, who is the current Italy national team manager, will see his contract expire this summer and Chelsea may be keen to bring the manager to South London. The Metro reported yesterday that Guus Hiddink believes Conte is “one step away” from joining the side.

One manager that looks unlikely to be joining the Blues is Athletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone. The Evening Standard last night reported that his club have offered a “hands off” warning to Roman Abramovich’s side in an effort to stop their manager becoming unsettled.
