Luis Suarez will be officially unveiled as a Barcelona player at the Nou Camp on Wednesday, according to reports in Spain.

A deal of a £75m was agreed with Liverpool on Friday afternoon.

Catalan radio station RAC 1 have said that the big Suarez unveiling will happen next week in a free, open door event at the stadium which will attract thousands of fans.

Barcelona have partly funded the deal by offloading Alexis Sanchez, who joined Arsenal for £30m yesterday.

It will not be until 26 October at the very earliest until we see Suarez playing in a Barcelona shirt, however, after Fifa upheld his four-month ban from all football activity for biting Giorgio Chiellini during Uruguay's 1-0 win over Italy at the World Cup.

Suarez could try one last appeal against the unprecedented ban to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, which has the power to change Fifa's verdict, but if it fails it could leave him with an even longer ban.
