Show all 11Mats Hummels and Renato Sanches are to join Bayern Munich in the summer after the Bundesliga champions moved swiftly to bring in two of their top transfer targets, meaning that Manchester United have once again missed out on two players they were interested in signing.

Sanches meanwhile has cropped up on the United radar this season after breaking into the Benfica line-up in October, with the 18-year-old enjoying a blossoming reputation that has already seen him make his Portugal debut.
