AC Milan vice-president Barbara Berlusconi has confirmed the Italian giants are prepared to listen to offers for Mario Balotelli.
The 23-year-old has been linked with a move to Arsenal in recent weeks and Berlusconi admitted on the Milan website that the Rossoneri will be willing to sell Balotelli for around €37m (£30m).
The striker, who has scored 30 goals in 54 matches for Milan since his move from Manchester City, still has four years left on his contract.
"Balotelli is a great player," Berlusconi said on acmilan.com.
"But the way I see it, I don't believe that someone can be irreplaceable.
"We will see what happens."

Arsenal are said to be willing to pay his release clause, which is understood to be £6.5m.
