Mino Raiola insists Paul Pogba “would not mind” returning to former club Juventus this summer.

The Manchester United midfielder has been unsettled since last summer with speculation linking him with a move away from Old Trafford.

And the France star’s agent has opened the door to rejoining the Old Lady, with just 18 months left on his contract.

“Italy is like home for Paul. He would not mind going back to Juve but we will see what will happen after the Euros,” Raiola said following the Bianconeri’s 1-1 draw against AC Milan in the first leg of their Coppa Italia semi-final.

“Paul wants to play at the best level but he can’t escape by Manchester United if they are in a difficult situation.”

Pogba remains out with an ankle injury picked up at the turn of the year but is closing in on a return.

But with just eight appearances this season, Pogba’s contribution has been minimal as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer battles to keep United in contention for a place inside the top four.

Pogba, who has not scored this season, but has made two assists, could emerge as a replacement for Aaron Ramsey, who is yet to settle in Turin and carve out a place in Maurizio Sarri’s first team.

And Raiola recently claimed the player and club’s plans beyond this season remain unclear.

“We need to see in the summer if Paul is still in the plans of Manchester United and if Manchester United is still in the plans of Paul,” Raiola said.
