Transfer news live: Manchester United frustrated in striker search, plus latest gossip, rumours and done deals
All the latest news, rumours and gossip from around the Premier League and the rest of Europe

Liverpool are making the early waves in the transfer market this week as they look to tie up club-record deals for both Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk.
Manchester City have already signed two players with Benfica goalkeeper Ederson and Monaco playmaker Bernardo Silva both joining Pep Guardiola’s side.
One player who won’t be moving, however, is Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann, who opted against joining Manchester United.
That leaves Jose Mourinho still searching for a high-profile signing – but will it be Gareth Bale?
Arsene Wenger is also keen to get on with transfer business after settling his Arsenal future for another two years and has promised to spend money in order to turn the Gunners into title contenders. A world-record bid for Kylian Mbappe has been rumoured, but Real Madrid, United and Manchester City are all lurking.

Some new contract news and it's good news for Crystal Palace fans.
Fan favourite Jonny 'Joniesta' Williams has penned a new deal with the Eagles.
Monaco to offer Real target Mbappe a new contract
Monaco will offer teenage sensation Kylian Mbappe a new contract in an attempt to hold onto the world's most in-demand young star for another season.
Real Madrid and Arsenal are both ready to test Monaco's resolve this summer, and would be willing to break the world transfer record to sign him.
But with Bernardo Silva already out the door and the likes of Benjamin Mendy, Thomas Lemar and Fabinho also being hotly pursued, Monaco could bring in north of £100m even without selling Mbappe this summer.
Leonardo Jardim has communicated to the club's hierarchy that he would like to keep Mbappe at the club, knowing that his value will only rise with another stellar campaign.

Where will Kolasinac fit in at Arsenal?
Arsene Wenger believes new signing Sead Kolasinac has all the qualities to succeed in the English game.
“He’s very compact as a player, very strong and determined in the challenges,” he said. “He’s good in the air as well, so overall I believe he has all the attributes to adapt to English football.
“The game here is very demanding physically on the commitment front and he has the ingredients to adapt to that.
“What he will give us is the fact that he’s a player who can give assists, who can go forward, who can contribute good crosses.
"It’s very important that we have that as well, because we have Kieran Gibbs, we have Nacho Monreal and we have him. But Nacho plays a lot now in central defence and in a three-man system I see him in there.
“So overall, I think [Kolasinac] can contribute a lot to help us to be more dangerous going forward.”

Spurs' Alderweireld waiting on contract offer
Toby Alderweireld has said he is still waiting for a new contract offer from Tottenham but believes he will be at the north London club next season.
The defender, who joined from Atletico Madrid in 2015, is currently on a four-year contract at Tottenham but talks over a new deal continue to remain on hold.
In particular, reports have suggested that Alderweireld is seeking pay parity with Harry Kane, whose current contract is worth up to £110,000, though the club’s reluctance to pay players in excess of £100,000 a week is proving problematic.
The delay in signing a new contract has subsequently prompted speculation that the centre-back could leave this summer, with Inter Milan touted as potential bidders.
Nonetheless, Alderweireld has said he sees his future at Tottenham and is awaiting a “contract proposal”.
“I’m still waiting for a contract proposal,” he told Belgian reporters while on international duty with Belgium. “But in my mind I’m playing for Spurs next season.”
He also dismissed reports that he had snubbed an offer from the club. "There is no talk now, so it's all rumours, because if there's no talk there's no rejection as well. We will see in the future how it will go."

Chelsea 'not stimulating'
They've just battered the rest of the Premier League to win the title and a canter and reach the FA Cup final but apparently the challenge of playing for Chelsea isn't 'stimulating'.
That's according to former Blues target Niklas Sule, who opted to join Bayern Munich instead of Antonio Conte's men this summer.
He signed a five-year deal with the Bundesliga champions ahead signing from Hoffenheim for around £17m.

Marca, the Madrid-based daily, are reporting that Real Madrid WILL NOT sign David De Gea this summer.
The Spanish newspaper has close links to the Bernabeu club and has cited sources within the club when claiming that Madrid will stick with Keylor Navas and Kiko Casilla.
They may look at De Gea and Milan starlet Gianluigi Donnaruma next year but, for now, it appears the deal is off.
