Wilfried Bony is on the verge of completing a move to Manchester City that could see Swansea net around £25m. The Ivory Coast striker was the top Premier League scorer in 2014 and Manuel Pellegrini feels the Ivory Coast international will provide the back-up required at the Etihad. Current strikers Sergio Aguero, Edin Dzeko and Stevan Jovetic have all been hampered by injuries this season. More on that story here .
Martin Odegaard, the hugely rated 16-year-old Norwegian player, is apparently set for a move to Real Madrid. The midfielder has been linked with a move to the Premier League, including with Manchester United , but has apparently flown to the Spanish capital for talks with the European champions.
Chelsea have surprisingly been beaten to the signing of Andrej Kramaric. The 23-year-old Croatian striker was said to be in Jose Mourinho's sights but Leicester have swooped in and are close to agreeing a £9.7m deal.
The latest news on the transfer of Saido Berahino, who has been linked with Liverpool and Tottenham , sees the latter offering up a couple of their own players in recompense. According to the Daily Mirror , Andros Townsend and Aaron Lennon could be offered to West Brom in exchange for the young striker.

Schneiderlin would suit the Gunners playing style, and he certainly has the quality to fit in the current Arsenal first-team – just look at his record over the past two seasons compared to Mikel Arteta and you’d suggest there is only one winner.
