Boxing: Brook fight in jeopardy again
It will be announced today whether British welterweight Kell Brook's IBF world title bout against Devon Alexander, scheduled for 18 May, will have to be postponed for a third time. Brook has had scans on a foot injury. "It's not great," his promoter, Eddie Hearn, tweeted.
The unbeaten WBA super bantamweight champion, Guillermo Rigondeaux, from Cuba, handed Nonito Donaire his first defeat in 12 years to claim the WBO belt in a unanimous decision.
