At the second last, Vaniteux just stretched too far on the landing and went down, rebounding into The Game Changer to hinder Bryan Cooper. Behind, Baltimore Rock fell on its own, but out in front Douvan was flying. He did stumble at the last, but by then the race was over and a delighted Walsh celebrated as he crossed the finish line.

Next up it's The Festival Handicap Chase, with Out Sam currently heading the betting. Jonjo O'Neill's Holywell is also being fancied and will ride with blinkers, while Krushlinin can't be ruled out ahead of his planned appearance in the Grand National next month.

The Festival Handicap Chase

It's all a bit of a mess down at the post as the starter refuses to wave the flag, with the jockeys coming to the front too soon. There's a load of shouting and the jockeys are refusing to go back.
