It’s a big game for…
Owen Farrell. Should he feature, today’s game poses a big challenge for the young No 12. Farrell failed to take part in full training on Friday after being struck down with a leg injury that required medical treatment. Whether he starts for England or is thrown into the mix at some later point in the game, the 25-year-old can expect a bruising afternoon of rugby that will put his experience and resilience to the test.

Past three meetings…
Scotland 9 England 15, Six Nations, February 2016
England 23 Scotland 13, Six Nations, March 2015
Scotland 0 England 20, Six Nations, February 2014
Odds…
England to win: 1/5
Scotland to win: 5/1
Draw: 33/1
Just a reminder, that if England win here at Twickenham today, the Six Nations title is theirs after last night's result. Wales' 22-9 win over the Irish means they can no longer stop England - but their sole motivation next week would be stopping a second successive Grand Slam.
The battle of the centres will be a cracker today with Huw Jones and Alex Dunbar impressing during the championship so far. Will be interesting to see how Owen Farrell (perhaps not fully fit) and Jonathan Joseph try to contain them.
Another interesting battle is at the scrum. That is one place England can target Scotland and in the week Dylan Hartley said he was happy with the set piece and it felt as strong as it has done under his captaincy.
An interesting stat there for England fans... The Red Rose have been behind at half time in each of their last four games. They will need a good start today against this dangerous Scotland team who have looked like they can strike at any moment from any position so far.
Greig Laidlaw is in the ITV Sport studio as a pundit for this game. How much would he - and the rest of Scotland - love to be out there? They've coped well without him so far...
Aside from winning the Six Nations today, England can also equal New Zealand's world-record for consecutive wins with 18. 17 of those have been under Eddie Jones. A lot to play for this afternoon. Only 15 minutes until kick-off now...
Jerusalem is ringing out around Twickenham as the Scottish and England flags are laid out on the pitch. Not long to go now!
And as if a world record and a Six Nations title wasn't enough, there is also the matter of the Calcutta Cup and the Triple Crown on the line. The winning captain is going to have a lot of lifting to do at the end of this match.
