22 mins: The BaaBaas win the ball back and Gatland puts up the high ball deep into the 22, and it comes back in the home side's hands. They get a penalty advantage right in front of the posts, but...TRY FOR THE BARBARIANS!
23 mins: It's been coming, and finally the floodgates burst open. A pick and go from Barbarians captain Sam Anderson-Heather sees him break the tackle of Sexton, and while the fly-half tries to hold on, he can't stop the hooker from grounding the ball! Gatland converts and the Barbarians lead 7-3!
27 mins: Gatland is pulling all the strings and he's giving the Lions a difficult time with the high ball here. Another chip over allows Vaka to run onto the ball, doing extremely well to stop himself going into touch, and he charges over Hogg with brute force before being stopped. The ball is turned over though and the Lions can clear the danger.
29 mins: The Lions start to get some of their own rugby going, with Hogg and Te'o offloading int the tackle to release Sinckler. The ball spreads right and Watson is in space, but the pass from Hogg is poor and Watson has to hit the deck to catch it, giving the defence time to barge him into touch.
30 mins: The Barbarians go quickly and Gatland kicks clear. Hogg catches the ball on the touchline, but the assistant referee incorrectly calls a Barbarians lineout. That's an error there.
32 mins: Moriarty bounces off two tackles and surges clear, reaching the 22 before being hauled down. The ball is recycled, with Sinckler acting as the pivot to pull the ball back to Te'o on the run. He sucks in the defenders, before releasing to Hogg, and the full-back is stopped just short before being held up as he reaches out for the line. Five metre scrum for the Lions here.
34 mins: Laidlaw peels off the scrum but he can't find a runner and is tackled before he can offload. The Lions have another penalty though and they go for it, only to concede a penalty immediately. Gatland tries to kick quickly, and the ball is charged down illegally by the Lions to concede another penalty 10m up the field.
36 mins: You know what, the Lions might be rattled here. They have a scrum on halfway, and Sexton promptly kicks it straight into touch. A big error from the Irishman.
40 mins: Henderson's neat offload to Sinckler sees him ship the ball on to Faletau, but again the Lions can't get the ball down and the 5m scrum is awarded. As the hooter goes, the Lions have one last chance to score...
40 mins: Sexton's pass back to Te'o is terrible, but luckily the Lions have a penalty in front of the posts. With the hooter gone for half-time, surely they'll take the points? No, they go for the scrum...
