The No 1 and No 2 seeds will meet in the final of the men's singles on Centre Court today. Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic have been the two best players at Wimbledon this year and deservedly meet on Centre Court to play for the famous title.

  • The match is a repeat of last year's final which Djokovic won after five sets, including two tie breaks, and almost four hours
  • That win was Djokovic's second title at SW19
  • They have only met at Wimbledon one other time, in the 2012 semi-final. Federer won on his way to a seventh title
  • That was the last Grand Slam title Federer, now 33, has won
  • Federer would break the record for most Wimbledon titles if he wins. He currently shares the record with Pete Sampras
