Williams 6-1 1-1 Strycova*

No change from the norm on Serena's serve though, a hold to 15.

Strycova just needs to keep plugging away....

*Williams 6-1 1-2 Strycova

A hold for Strycova to 30, and she lets out a big "Come On!" upon Serena's error!

The Czech's box is full this afternoon as family and friends have flown over - she's robustly hanging on in there at the moment.

Williams 6-1 2-2 Strycova*

Serena routinely holds to 15, easy as you like.

Williams' serve is on fire this afternoon, not giving an inch.

Williams 6-1 2-2 Strycova* (30-40)

At 30-30, Strycova double faults... BREAK POINT!

WILLIAMS BREAKS!

Serve and volley from Strycova, but the Czech slices her half-volley into the net and Serena has the break!

A set and a break now, is there anyway back for Strycova?

On her way to the final.

Williams 6-1 4-2 Strycova*

Williams holds to love, Strycova now looks to be struggling with an injury of some sorts.

This is creeping away from the semi-final debutant now....

Williams 6-1 4-2 Strycova* (15-40)

It's looking like the end of the road here. TWO BREAK POINTS....

*Williams 6-1 5-2 Strycova

WILLIAMS BREAKS!

Williams nets a return ast 15-40, but unfortunately Strycova hits a dolly forehand volley wide at 30-40!

Strycova screams afterwards, and looks exasperatingly towards her box. No way back now you'd have thought...

Serena Williams will serve for a place in another Wimbledon final.

*Williams 6-1 5-2 Strycova (40-30)

Serena wins two points on the trot from 15-30, predominantly due to her faultless serve, and she has MATCH POINT!
