BRITISH Airways (0345 222111) has no plans at present to fly into the former Yugoslavia, but is to resume services to the Romanian capital, Bucharest. Flights from Gatwick begin on 31 October. The Apex fare has been set at pounds 341; special offers are likely later this month as part of BA's World Offers programme.
