Departures: Bluebird flights
BLUEBIRD Express (0444 235678) has asked us to point out that until it receives its Iata licence it will be offering only special fares to Nice and Corsica. Once it has an Iata licence it will serve 18 destinations in France and Italy, including those we reported last week.
The company is offering special prices on flights and packages to Nice, Corsica and Sardinia at the end of May and start of June. On 23 May, for example, a return fare from Gatwick to Nice is available for pounds 99. Discounted bed and breakfast holidays to Calvi, Corsica, from Gatwick cost pounds 199 for seven nights. Seven-night packages to Alghero, Sardinia, cost from pounds 249.
Prices for camping packages to France continue to tumble. For departure on 25 May, Keycamp Holidays (081-395 4000) is offering a one-week holiday for a family of two adults and two children for pounds 108, including tent and return ferry.
