TRAVELLERS keen to visit the annual InterCeltic festival in Brittany, which runs until 15 August, can take advantage of self-catering packages offered by Haven France (0705 466111). Musicians, singers, dancers and writers from Brittany, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, the Isle of Man, Cornwall, Asturias and Galicia take part in the festival in Lorient. Two adults and two children under 14 can stay for seven nights in a mobile home at Les Menhirs, Carnac Plage, for pounds 708. The price includes a short sea- ferry crossing.
