Departures: City update

FROM 1 October to 16 December, Trailfinders (071-938 3232) is offering a range of 'short-stay city break fares'. For example, a return to New York, Boston or Washington costs pounds 204; a return to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, San Diego and Las Vegas costs pounds 274.

Between 1 November and 15 December, the Airline Ticket Network (0800 727 747) is offering a London to New York return for pounds 196.

From 1 September, STA Travel (071-937 9962) is offering a Heathrow to Bangkok return from pounds 399 ( pounds 199 one-way). Ticket is valid for a stay of 12 months.
