FIRST CHOICE, the new name for the Owners Abroad group, has a new programme of holidays in Puerto Vallarta in Mexico. On the same day as the brochure was launched, however, the Foreign Office issued warnings about the risk of robbery in urban areas of Mexico and counselled against night travel outside cities except by first-class buses on toll highways.
