OUR REVIEW
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Located in Queens, just one subway stop from Manhattan, there's more of a feeling of space here than central New York, and eateries and bar options are improving all the time. The hotel overlooks the 59th Street Bridge connecting Queens with Manhattan, and although nearby stations boast four different subway lines into Manhattan, the location can feel a bit isolated. You need to walk about a mile to find a good choice of restaurants and bars, at Long Island City.
By plane: flights from London, Manchester or Edinburgh to New York take 7 hours. A taxi will take 45 minutes from JFK airport. Paid parking available nearby. Book flights to New York.
