Norway's coastal ferry service, the Hurtigruten, is offering free flights between Gatwick and Bergen when you book an Arctic voyage this winter. Examples include the 12-day Classic Round Voyage which costs £1,099pp including flights, between October and December. hurtigruten.co.uk
