Weekend away

Hilton Hotels is offering up to 50 per cent off weekend stays across many of its European, Middle Eastern and African properties for the rest of 2011. A two-night stay at the five-star Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik on Croatia's Adriatic coast costs £103 for a double room; or £166 at the Hilton Sorrento Palace hotel on the Amalfi Coast. Prices include breakfast but not travel. Book by 31 January.

China in your hands

Using Hong Kong as a stopover, you could snap up a return fare to Perth, Australia for just £699. Cathay Pacific's five-day flight sale ends tomorrow, with deals to South-east Asia and the Pacific: fares from £549 to Phuket and Hanoi and £879 to Fiji, available for travel between 26 April and 31 May. Beyond Dubai
