Great getaways: Puglia, New York, Turkey, and a Norwegian cruise
La dolce vita
This month, Bailey Robinson has a week of luxury at the five-star Borgo Egnazia hotel in Puglia. Located in the heel of Italy's boot, close to Fasano, the hotel has traditional-style whitewashed rooms, a spa and golf course. The price of £1,220pp includes breakfast, transfers and easyJet flights from Gatwick to Bari until 31 May (baileyrobinson.com).
Manhattan transfer
If you can wait until after the next bank holiday and depart on 26 May, Hayes & Jarvis has a three-night city break in New York for £599pp. The deal is based at the three-star Row NYC Hotel in Midtown, close to the Rockefeller Center, with BA from Heathrow included (hayesandjarvis.co.uk).
Kids go free
Norway's national ferry company, Hurtigruten, is offering two free child places for under-15s when two adults book a summer coastal voyage by 31 May, for travel in July, August and September. The offer means that a seven-day "Classic Voyage North" from Bergen to Kirkenes, costs £1,663 for a family of four sharing a four-berth cabin, on full board basis, with a 29 August departure. Flights and transfers extra (hurtigruten.co.uk).
Turkish delight
For departure on the next three Mondays in May, Simpson Travel has a week-long stay at a boutique hotel in Turkey for £898pp. Based at Sabrina's House, a romantic hotel with four-poster beds and a waterfront restaurant overlooking Bozburun Bay, the deal includes half-board meals, Monarch flights from Gatwick and car hire or private transfers (simpsontravel.com).
