A series of planned strikes by hundreds of London Underground maintenance workers have been suspended, it was announced tonight.
Members of the Rail Maritime and Transport union were due to walk out for 24 hours from Sunday morning and again on following weekends in a row over new rosters.
The union said the action had been suspended after the threat to impose new rosters had been withdrawn.
