The guide explains the difference between Christian, Buddhist, Hindu, yoga and New Age centres - and also describes the different sorts of retreat available: for example, the Open Door (where visitors can simply walk in), the Healing, the Contemplative and the Group, as well as retreats that cater for individuals.
