Terms & Conditions:

1. There are 50 city breaks for two people of 3 nights each to be won including flights and accommodation in a 4* or 5* hotel provided by Hotelopia. For a full list of participating hotels please visit www.hotelopia.co.uk .

2. Each pair of winners must travel on the same flight on the same day (outbound and inbound), and stay at the same hotel, sharing a double or twin room.

3. Hotelopia will only enter into correspondence or dialogue about the promotion with selected winners.

4. All prizes are for stays ending 31 March 2007 and winners must contact Hotelopia at least 30 days before travel to make their bookings.

5. Entrants must be 18 years old or above.

6. The prize is dependent on availability. Certain dates for travel are excluded from certain destinations.

7. Hotelopia will endeavour to offer winners their first choice of destination and dates for travel. If flights or accommodation are unavailable for the preferred dates, alternatives will be offered.

8. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-upgradable

9. Spending money, transfers to and from airports, visas, travel insurance and hotel charges beyond accommodation (such as meals and drinks) are the responsibility of each of the winners.

10. Each application must be submitted in a separate envelope with four different tokens.

11. Photocopies will not be accepted.

12. Tokens are non-transferable and have no cash value.

13. Proof of posting will not constitute proof of delivery and no responsibility will be accepted for lost, damaged, illegible, delayed or mislaid entries.
