Man incriminates himself in 26 seconds on Judge Judy

A clip from five years ago has recently gone viral again, showing a man incriminate himself within 26 seconds on the American TV show 'Judge Judy'.

The 18-year-old plaintiff, Ginny Paradeza, begins the trial by listing all the items she believes the defendants stole when snatching her purse.

As she tells Judge Judy how she lost $50, gift cards, an earpiece and a calculator, one of the defendants takes it upon himself to tell the court "There was no earpiece in there, ma'am."

The court seems to catch on quicker than the defendants, bursting out laughing as Judge Judy jokes to her serious looking bailiff, calling the two men "Dumb and Dumber".

The trial reaches a swift end after what seems like an unintentional confession, with the defendants ordered to pay the sum of $500 to the victorious plaintiff.
