Nobody's coming out of the Apple vs. Samsung patent war with their dignity intact. After Apple's first apology to Samsung for publishing misinformation about their Galaxy tablet was deemed too tongue-in-cheek by a judge, things took a further turn for the snotty as the California tech giant issued its latest apology - behind some sneaky code.
TheNextWeb reports that Apple has infused its page with Javascript that ensures users have to scroll through a barrage of Apple product ads to reach the apology.
Gizmodo points out if "you were forced to run a public apology you didn’t agree with to one of your fiercest competitors, you’d probably try to keep it hidden too".
