Chris Brown fails drug test on probation

The energetic rapper was in the news recently for getting a tattoo of someone who looked suspiciously like his ex-girlfriend Rihanna on his neck. She sent him a good luck tweet before his court hearing yesterday, according to the Sun. Now, as Sky News reports, "A judge has set a November hearing date to determine whether Chris Brown has violated his probation stemming from a 2009 assault on his then-girlfriend Rihanna."

And check out the last bit of this chunk from the Sky News report: "The R&B singer tested positive for marijuana in June in his home state of Virginia, where he is fulfilling his community service. Brown, who is midway through a five-year probation sentence, produced a medical marijuana card after the positive test. The LA judge said mandatory drug testing was not a condition of his probation but she scheduled a November 1 hearing to decide whether he had violated his probation on that and other matters, including travel restrictions and fulfilment of his community service. Brown, 23, was given a warning in court, reminding him that he was a role model."

Bonkers! Who on earth could possibly think this terrible rapper is a role model?
