Sir: Your leading article on the "groping chaplain" (20 May) is unduly censorious of the Army. Inappropriate sexual behaviour is not unknown in many workplaces and social contexts, and is usually ignored.

Only in the Army is it deemed necessary to hold a court martial, inevitably attended by media reports.
