Letter: Australia leads in helping children and 'absent parents'
Sir: Increasingly, it is becoming accepted that if an organisation is to succeed, it must have a culture appropriate to its objectives and the markets it serves. In the light of the daily outpourings from the industrial tribunal involving sexual shenanigans at the Child Support Agency, can there be any better illustration of the veracity of this principle?
Yours faithfully,
