Sir: I write concerning the proposed payment to an Australian charity (possibly an Adelaide children's hospital) in order that a woman will not be beheaded in Saudi Arabia.

Will a plaque or similar testament be placed in the children's hospital to gratefully acknowledge the donation given to buy a persons' life?
