WITH YOUR left hand you pen an editorial that professes concern about the abandonment of free and equal access to dental treatment, warning against the re- emergence of a two-tier system. Your right hand meanwhile produces the 'Parents' Choice' supplement - practically an advertising feature which reinforces the disastrous trend towards competition between schools. Such competition only exacerbates the present national crisis of unequal educational opportunities for our children.
