Letter: Stop belly-aching and eat , enjoy food
We don't "sometimes" send inspectors to "restaurants about which readers strongly disagree"; we inspect constantly, using a 100-strong team of highly knowledgeable inspectors from every walk of life. We think the public should have a voice - their money is paying for the meal. The fact that we receive an unrivalled postbag of restaurant reports makes the guide a far more reliable arbiter than its rivals. The point of the guide is to recommend the restaurants that are worth going to and to exclude those that are not.
