Lady Gaga will soon be starring in an episode of American Horror Story.

The Grammy-winning pop icon impressed the Oscars crowd with her Sound of Music medley last Sunday and is now on a quest to win over fans of the horror series.

Gaga announced that she would appear in “Hotel” this coming October via a spooky black and white video, posted on Twitter with a caption reading: “Make your reservation now.”

Gaga is the only confirmed casting for season five of Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk’s Emmy-nominated drama and follows in the footsteps of Stevie Nicks, who played a “white witch” last January.

This will be the “Born This Way” singer’s first recurring role, after previous cameos as herself in the likes of Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, Machete Kills and Muppets Most Wanted.

The upcoming American Horror Story plotline is being kept tightly under wraps but fans can expect to be given the season’s subtitle during PaleyFest in March. The season five premiere date is yet to be determined.

Fans of American Horror Story received sad news earlier this week when Ben Woolf, who played Infantana and Meep, died from a head injury sustained in a road accident.
