How does Stitch Fix work?

After filling in a Style Profile, an algorithm will help assign and match customers with an expert Stitch Fix stylist.

Then comes the Fix: a carefully-picked selection of five items chosen according to your style preferences and needs, delivered straight to your door. It’s accompanied with a bespoke styling note from your personal stylist, alongside a selection of styling suggestions to help you discover new looks.

If you find something you love, redeem the £10 styling fee against the cost of the item. If not, it's super-easy and free of charge to return or exchange.

Shipping is free, plus, you won’t be charged for any of the items until you select to keep them at checkout.
