When it comes to car insurance, searching for the right cover can be baffling as the market can be unpredictable. The answer could be fixed price insurance – Saga Car’s top-quality coverage not only means you’re protected when you need it most, but also, if nothing changes within three years, neither will the cost.

With a fixed three-year price, you can enjoy peace of mind for longer from a company you trust. However, you’re not tied in and can leave at the end of any 12-month term at no cost, or at any point, subject to cancellation fees.

This means that you can get on with enjoying life without having to dread the hassle of organising your car insurance each year.

Extra peace of mind

Saga Car insurance represents great value for money and peace of mind, with premium perks all as standard and coverage to help customers when they need it most.

This includes uninsured driver cover, as well as onward taxi travel – so if you’re in an accident in the UK that leaves your car unable to be driven, we'll offer to arrange a taxi to any UK destination.

Accidental healthcare is also included, with eligible private medical treatment for up to £1million if you or your spouse or partner are injured in a road traffic accident.

There’s also legal protection, which can help you recover uninsured losses for up to £100,000 after a non-fault accident if the legal team believes you can win your case (such as loss of earnings after an accident that's not your fault), plus you’ll get protected No Claims Discount (NCD) against two fault claims within a three-year period as long as you have four or more years of NCD.

How it works

As your annual renewal date approaches, you’ll be sent a renewal premium and, as long as nothing has changed, this will be the same as the previous year.

There are some instances where your annual price will change, such as if you make a claim; you get a driving conviction; Insurance Premium Tax increases; or if you make other changes to your insurance, such as changing your car. If you need to change any details on your insurance, simply let Saga know.

Plus, when you become a Saga customer you can also join Possibilities, an exclusive membership programme with discounts, offers and prize draws on food, hotels, travel, exclusive events and more.
