The penultimate round of Championship fixtures sees Derby County host Leeds United on Sunday.

Derby will look to finish their campaign on an improved note, after three straight losses ended their hopes of the play-offs.

Leeds have now been confirmed as champions, after Brentford lost at Stoke on Saturday.

Marcelo Bielsa’s men will return to the top flight next season and will hope to end their own season showing why they’ve emerged as the league’s finest side.
