The half-time whistle blows at Old Trafford as Manchester United trail West Ham 1-0. The home side started the game positively with Amad Diallo teeing up Bruno Fernandes just outside the penalty area, but the Portugal international blazed his effort over Alphonse Areola's crossbar. The Hammers grew into the game and eventually took the lead through Tomas Soucek. Former United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka played a lovely through ball to Mohammed Kudus, before the Ghana international fired in a cross towards the far post, which was flicked into the net by Soucek. Rasmus Hojlund had multiple opportunities to equalise for the Red Devils but has struggled to seriously test Areola's goal. The Opta predictor currently has the visitors as favourites to take the three points from here with a 57% chance.

Bowen finds some space on the right flank. The Hammers captain drives forward with intent but his cross is well blocked by Shaw for a corner kick. The resulting corner from Ward-Prowse is cleared by the United defence.
