Follow all the action from The City Ground

Follow live coverage as Nottingham Forest face Leicester City today in the Premier League. Another top-flight season will be covered in full right here with The Independent, as reigning champions Manchester City look to make it an unprecedented five titles in a row come the end of 2024/25.
The likes of Arsenal and Liverpool will be chasing Pep Guardiola's side, but just as fascinating will be the race for Champions League places, with more teams than ever before having designs on top-four finishes. Chelsea remain big-spending, Manchester United's latest rebuild continues and both Tottenham and Newcastle will expect improvements this year - yet it was Aston Villa who snared fourth last term.
Meanwhile, it's Southampton, Leicester City and Ipswich Town who made it back to the elite after promotion last year and each will have hope they can make it more than a one-year stay. Follow the latest live action from the Premier League below:

Just the one change by Nuno following Monday’s draw with Crystal Palace. Murillo misses out with a hamstring injury so fellow Brazilian, Morato, slots into centre-back in his absence.

Nottingham Forest vs Leicester City
An enormous game for Nuno Espirito Santo and his high-flying Forest side if they are to seize the opportunity that their incredible season has presented them with. But from being on the edge of a title charge a couple of months ago, Forest have lost three of their last five games, falling to seventh in the table and at the thick end of the Champions League race. But with Manchester City dropping points yesterday and Chelsea on the verge of defeat to Newcastle at the time of writing, a win here could launch Forest back up above Villa and Chelsea in the hunt for that all-important fifth spot. As for Ruud Van Nistelrooy’s Championship-bound Leicester side, they finally broke a home goal drought of 826 minutes in a 2-0 win over Southampton last weekend. Vardy, who scored in that win and starts up front today, is looking to score his 200th Leicester goal in what is his 499th game for the club. The Foxes have not recorded successive Premier League wins since October.
