Pep Guardiola on Yaya Toure's time at Manchester City

Kevin De Bruyne is a better all-round footballer than Mohamed Salah and could play for any club in the world, according to Brighton boss Chris Hughton. “For me, De Bruyne’s the more complete player and I think it's taken an exceptional season from Salah to win the awards ahead of De Bruyne,” said Hughton.

De Bruyne has been instrumental in Manchester City’s impressive Premier League title success but was beaten to both the PFA Players' Player of the Year and FWA Footballer of the Year awards by Liverpool's prolific top scorer Salah.

Albion face the in-form duo in a daunting end to the season, with Wednesday's visit to the Etihad Stadium followed by a trip to Anfield on Sunday.

And, while Hughton has great admiration for both men, he thinks Belgium international De Bruyne just has the edge. Follow live coverage of the match below.

85 min: Huddersfield clinging on. More heroic defensive work and goalkeeping as Lossl somehow manages tips a shot on to the post at the end of a goalmouth scramble. Scott Malone replaces Tommy Smith. Chelsea battering on the door, with only five minutes remaining to find a way to open it.

88 min: Lossl is booked for time wasting. Chelsea fans will argue the goalkeeper could have been cautioned in the first half, or perhaps he just has a lengthy pre-goal kick process.

71 min: A THIRD FOR CITY! Fernandinho is the scorer, Leroy Sane again the assister (the German's third of the night). The Brazilian defensive midfielder fires home from just inside the box after a short corner. Looking like another home win for the Champions, and the Premier League points record. Benjamin Mendy comes on.

90 min: SIX minutes added on at Stamford Bridge. It has been a Co-Lossl performance from Huddersfield's defence and keeper, but can they hold on in stoppage time to confirm Premier League safety...

90 min: RIYAD MAHREZ SEALS IT FOR LEICESTER! The Algerian finishes superbly into the bottom left of the goal, putting his side 3-1 up. Ten-man Arsenal resigned to defeat now.

THEY'VE DONE IT! HUDDERSFIELD ARE SAFE! The full-time whistle goes to end the remarkable fixture at Stamford Bridge, with 1-1 an unlikely final result. Huddersfield earn the necessary point to survive, and barring something truly extraordinary Swansea are down.

A point does little for Chelsea. Spurs are ahead and assured of a Champions League place next year as things stand. Chelsea will have to win their last game to have any hope of usurping Liverpool for fourth and hope Liverpool lose at home to Brighton.

ALL OVER at the King Power Stadium. A 3-1 win for Leicester. Kelechi Iheanacho opened the scoring, while a controversial Jamie Vardy penalty and Riyad Mahrez clincher gave Leicester the victory. Arsenal went down to ten-men just 15 minutes in when Konstantinos Mavropanos was dismissed, and although Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang's early second-half goal gave them hope, it was not to be.

MANCHESTER CITY HAVE BROKEN THE RECORD FOR MOST POINTS IN A PREMIER LEAGUE SEASON! The hosts 3-1 victory over a battling Brighton side takes them to 97 points this year. Goals from Danilo, Bernardo Silva and Fernandinho (all assisted by Leroy Sane) gave Yaya Toure an almost perfect send-off in his final home Manchester City game. Leonardo Ulloa scored for Brighton, who should take no shame in succumbing to the Champions.
