Manchester United take on Chelsea at Old Trafford in a game that should have a huge say in the Premier League title race.

Here's all you need to know:

Follow all the live action below...

Where can I watch it?

The game is part of Sky's Super Sunday coverage and begins on Sky Sports 1 upon the completion of the West Brom vs Liverpool game.

When does it kick off?

The game kicks off at Old Trafford at 4pm.

It’s a big game for…

Jose Mourinho. Judas may indeed still be No.1 but the Special One needs a big result here today with not only a Champions League spot to play for but also bragging rights after watching Antonio Conte sweep all before him with a squad that he himself failed so spectacularly with just a year ago.

Remember when...

Player to watch…

Eden Hazard. Kicked from pillar to post in the FA Cup tie only a matter of weeks ago Chelsea's star man will once again be out to exact a measure of revenge on his old boss and keep the Blues on course for the title.

Form guide…

12 min: Chelsea looking to hit back as they try to work the ball into the United box. It's eventually played out to the right flank before being pumped into the centre of David de Gea's penalty area. He asserts himself well though and rises high to claim the delivery.

A bit of off-the-ball action there too. Costa charged into the back of Bailly as he attempted to get to the cross. The defender went flying and the Spaniard was duly called over to the referee for a quick warning.

15 min: Costa holds off Bailly on the half-way line before spinning to break free down the left flank. The United defender is hot on his tracks though and after a minor comping together, Costa throws himself to the floor. The ref falls for it hook, line and sinker and awards Chelsea a free-kick.

Nothing comes of it and United snatch back possession.

18 min: Meanwhile on the sideline, Conte is donning a tacky-looking Chelsea hat with what I can only assume is a very expensive Italian suit. A true crime against fashion. Not your best look, Antonio.

21 min: Kante concedes a foul in a dangerous area after catching Lingard late. United free-kick.

Rashford whips in from the right and plays it deep to the back of the box but Cahill is on hand to deny Young a sniff-in.

23 min: Rashford beats Kante to the ball outside the Chelsea box and immediately fires it across the mouth of the goal from the right. Begovic springs into action to get an important hand to the delivery. The danger is cleared, the Blues breathe a sigh of relief. United looking the better side so far...

27 min: Lingard gets in behind the Chelsea defence again to meet a long ball over the top but the flag goes up for offside. Nonetheless, United definitely asking the right questions as they continue to heap the pressure on their opponents.

28 min: Rashford is glowing with confidence and energy as he makes his way to the Chelsea byline on the right before cutting it back to Lingard in support. It's then fizzed across the visitors' box to pick out the incoming Young who, after shifting the ball onto his right, lets loose. It's a weak effort, though, and rolls away for a Chelsea goal-kick.

31 min: United definitely the better team here. Chelsea look unsure of themselves and rattled, while the home side are dominating proceedings with the likes of Rashford and Lingard causing the visiting defence some real issues.

Costa is shown yellow for his late challenge on Young. The Spaniard is losing his composure big time.

35 min: Chelsea managing to get some passes together here but Herrera has other ideas as he brings down Hazard on the right flank. The Belgian would have been away otherwise. A necessary foul to make.

The free-kick is whipped in by Hazard but the visitors are pulled up for a foul on David Luiz. Wasted opportunity.

37 min: Rojo and Costa come together in the box and a quick altercation ensues as they both roll around on the deck, holding their faces. The ref isn't having any of it, though, and speaks to the pair after they've finished their play-acting.
