Following a drab home defeat to Bournemouth, the Stoke side will have a point to prove today at Vicarage Road. However, Watford sit at a rather promising 8th in the league table, so securing three points today on home turf is crucial to remain in the top half. It's all to play for.

Team news coming shortly...

In the past 32 meetings between these two clubs, Watford have just about bagged the bragging rights...but only just.

There's been 14 wins for The Hornets, 12 for The Potters and 6 draws.

Mazzarri's side are looking to make it three home wins on the bounce today, against a Stoke side that has had a difficult start to the campaign.

Just half hour until kick-off now.
